The Club Cancellation/Renewal Policy
When you enroll in The Club, your membership is for 3 months and will automatically renew unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel your membership after 3 months, it may take up to 7 business days to finalize the cancellation of your membership. We do not pro-rate your dues. If you cancel in the middle of your policy, your membership will be active for the duration of the quarter. If you cancel during a Club promotion, your membership will be active for the duration of the promotion.
Payments 1+ day past due will NOT have access to any membership perks. Memberships 7 days past due will be removed entirely and any discounted membership dues will not be renewed or honored. Payment plan interruptions occurring more than twice, will result in collecting remaining balance in full and no further payment plan options will honored.
Giveaways are provided by Club Members and Holistic Fashionista is not responsible for lost or unclaimed goods. Please contact Giveaway administrator for details by opening a support ticket with the subject line: Giveaway Issue.
The Botanica Giftbox is proud to offer free ground shipping on all subscriptions within the United States. Once your order is shipped you will be notified via email.
Botanica Giftboxes are shipped via USPS. Please note your Botanica Giftbox will be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their Botanica Giftbox can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.
International shipping is available for the cost of shipping. If you are interested in obtaining a subscription to The HF Giftbox, please note, you will receive an invoice for the price of shipping once your Giftbox is ready for shipment.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping flat rate. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be collected from carrier upon delivery. Please note, some Giftbox subscriptions may experience customs delays.
All international subscriptions are billed in USD.
All Botanica Giftbox orders are final. No returns, refunds or credits, and any Botanica Giftbox returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Botanica Giftbox does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within 14 days of receiving your tracking information. If Holistic Fashionista is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Billing & Renewal Dates
Once you have joined The Club your subscription payment will be billed on the date you signed up and will be charged with the credit in which you signed up. You do not need to purchase the next season’s box; you will automatically receive next season's Botanica Giftbox on the scheduled shipment date listed above. Your credit card will be charged 4 times per year unless you cancel your subscription.
