We reserve the right to reserve service to anyone at anytime. This includes: free offers, cancellation of magazine subscription, cancellation Club membership, suspension from affiliate rewards program, removal from mailing list, removal from Holistic Fashionista administrated private groups and other community-based virtual events, blocking you from social media accounts, etc . should you not comply with our terms and conditions.
Rights for Termination:
- Copyright Infringement
- Lack of Respect for Holistic Fashionista Brand
- Inappropriate Comments/Behavior
- Unprofessional Communication Style
- Lack of Respect for the Holistic Fashionista Team, Partners, or Board of Curators
- Slander and Bad-Mouthing
- Payment Interruption
- Non-Compliance of Rules and Regulations
- Breaking a Contract
- Misuse of Coupon Codes or Passwords
- And other reasons at our disclosure
We are not responsibility for any lost emails sent by Holistic Fashionista or Angel Quintana, Inc.. Missed deadlines due to non-receipt of email notifications is not our responsibility. If you have questions at anytime, please use our Live Chat so we may assist you.
Scholarships and Giveaways
Scholarships are awarded only if/when requirements of scholarship are met. Giveaways are provided by Club Members and Holistic Fashionista is not responsible for lost or unclaimed goods. Please contact Giveaway administrator for details by opening a support ticket with the subject line: Giveaway Issue.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards only. Please note: Holistic Fashionista™ is owned and operating by Angel Quintana, Inc. Your credit card statement will show Angel Quintana, Inc. on your statement.
Services/Events Cancellation Policy:
For business products, events, and services, there are no refunds or cancellations accepted. Once you make a downpayment or enroll in a course, you are obligated to pay for your purchase in its completion. Once an event or program has ended, you may not have access to the membership area.
The Club Cancellation/Renewal Policy:
When you enroll in The Club, your membership is on a month-to-month basis. However, it may take up to 7 business days to finalize the cancellation of your membership. If you wish to upgrade before your membership renews, we do not pro-rate your dues. If you cancel in the middle of your policy, your membership will be active for the duration of the month. If you cancel during a Club promotion, your membership will be active for the duration of the promotion.
Higher Calling School of Business:
The course begins January 2017. Any and all bonuses, workshops, and course materials will be received prior to the start date of the program. This includes log-in details to the member's area, a printed workbook, etc...
There are no refunds on the Higher Calling School of Business. Any deposit, installments, or payments charged are non-refundable. However, there is no contract to this online course and an uncharged payments in your plan may be cancelled at anytime.

Payments 1+ day past due will NOT have access to any membership perks. Memberships 7 days past due will be removed entirely and any discounted membership dues will not be renewed or honored. Payment plan interruptions occurring more than twice, will result in collecting remaining balance in full and no further payment plan options will honored.
If you require a medical emergency, the course or service will be available for you to complete at a later date. No refunds will be given.
If you are purchasing a course, please note you have 90 days to view and take the course. If you do not join The Club after 90-days of purchase date, you will be removed from our database and no longer have access to the course.
All California Residents will be taxed 8.25% on physical product orders only.
We can ship to any international address in the world. All purchases will ship within 3 business days via USPS or Express Mail with insurance. We do ship internationally, however we are not responsible for lost or unreceived items. We are also not responsible for custom, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders. Orders shipped internationally could take up to 4 weeks to arrive (depending on the country).
