One way to encourage this is by eating colorful, fresh, whole foods that are in season. Here is a High Vibe Live Salad that will support your multidimensionality and immune system! Rich in flavors, color and texture, this salad will have your cells blissfully buzzin’!

INGREDIENTS

Mix Green Base of:
Kale – handful
Rainbow Collard Greens – 2-4 leafs
Basil – 3-6 leafs

Toppings:
1/3 cup -Chickpeas
1/2 - Avocado + Everything Seasoning
1/4 cup - Cucumber
1/2 cup - Roasted Broccoli
1/4 cup - Tomatoes
2tbps - Cleveland Red Beet Kraut

Dressing:
2tbps - Makoto Ginger Dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Roast broccoli at 425 degrees w/ EVOO + turmeric, paprika, garlic salt, pepper for 15-20mins

  • Chop kale, collard greens and basil. Toss in your favorite salad bowl.

  • Add toppings to your liking

  • Snap a picture to keep you inspired and to document your live food diet progress

  • Mix salad and buen provecho! [enjoy your meal!]
