Why a Dry Spell is a Good Thing

I’m sure you’ll agree it’s not ideal for your business to stall. And I’ll venture to say that in your life you don’t want your sex life to become nonexistent either. However, what if I told you that a dry spell has a silver lining?

A dry spell is the perfect time to reconnect to your work and yourself in the visual, emotional and physical realm.

As a sex coach and founder of Ignite Your Pleasure, here are three tips I share with my clients that will help you make the most of this time. And before you know it, things will start flowing in abundance again.

Get Visually Inspired

When a dry spell comes your way, it’s time to look beyond the boundaries of your balance sheet and bed. Instead, use this opportunity to see what makes you feel alive, and what it will take to live out loud (or be more bold) in your business, love and sex life.

Check out Pintrest, Instagram, magazines or simply observe the world around you and take in what turns you on.

Explore Your Emotions By Delving Deep

When you sit still with yourself, you create space in your day and in your mind. This creates the awareness for you to hear your inner voice and uncover something new to share with the world.

Nurture Yourself Physically

Pampering yourself at a luxurious spa, working with a stylist or taking the time for solo sex allows you to take care of your body and boost your inner mojo. Giving yourself the attention and energy you deserve to flourish that you normally give everyone else.
