Raise your Vibration with a Body Blessing

This is a profound and simple way to raise your vibration, align your chakras, connect to your sensual power and manifest more of what you desire.

There are a few ways to do this, but the most important part is for you to be truly present, breathe and go slowly. If you hit a difficult place, pause and give “Meta” or loving kindness to yourself or this part of yourself.

Ideal times to do this are first thing in the morning, before bed, before doing yoga or meditation or while bathing. You can integrate it into your personal ritual, waking up the senses and becoming present in your body. It’s also really nice to use an essential oil chosen with specific intention.

Your arms and hands are the extension of the heart chakra, the palms literally being the transmitters and receivers of this energy. So, your this Body Blessing is an opportunity to bathe yourself in self-love.♥

The basic body blessing technique is as follows:

  1. Ideally be seated on the floor kneeling or cross-legged, but it is also ok to be in a chair with the feet fully flat and connecting to the earth. You can be clothed or naked.

  2. Begin by blessing your hands and arms, rubbing the full palms over all surfaces as if you are washing yourself slowly with intention. It is very much like slowly soaping your entire body in the shower.

  3. Once you have done the hands and arms, move to the feet with the same slow “washing” quality, continuing as you move up the legs, pelvis, belly, lower back, sides of body, chest, upper back (get as much as you are able to), neck and throat, face and entire head.

  4. Once you reach the crown of your head, allow your palms to hover over your crown, then allow the arms and hands to gently float down your sides with palms facing up as if you are allowing this blessing to wash over your entire body.

  5. Sit still with eyes closed for a few moments, drinking in the blessing energy.

That’s OK, but do it ANYWAY! This has been huge for me, and many of my clients. Commit to this for at least 7 days, preferably 21, and pay attention to what starts to shift.
