Never Dwell in the Dark
Darkness seeks out the light, and along the way it can dim the brilliance of some of the most brilliant beings. When some of us are in a dark place, we can try to bring others down with us.
Darkness has this way of preventing us from seeing all the true wonders around us, even when others are trying to remind us of how shiny happy we REALLY are. That saying that “there is always light at the end of the tunnel” is actually very true!
These tunnels may be very long and windy but light is always waiting for us.
These tunnels can be built by our own personal demons, outside forces such as need for perfection, business struggles, first time motherhood, relationships and so much more, but the light is always just waiting to burst right out of you!!!
You are a beautiful, bright, brilliant star!!
You can truly be, achieve, do anything you put your heart and mind to.
It takes true strength though to lift others up, despite how we are feeling. Seeing others succeed and step into their own is a great way to give your own life more meaning. There is a reward unlike any other when you build others up and help them do the same - it is a wonderful domino effect.
With each and every person you help step up, they can do the same for someone else. Can you imagine how sparkly and shiny the world would be?! There are enough factors out in the world that are scary, dark and unkind….don’t you think it is about time that we all shined as bright as we can?
So the next time you have a client that needs a little bit more attention, look at it as an opportunity to sparkle. Next time one of your business partners is struggling or going through some difficulties, don’t walk away from them or ignore them, lend them a hand and help them shine again. If your partner is having a bad day and taking it out on you, listen to them and love them. When a friend is in a dark place, go to their side and be the light in their life that can guide them out of the tunnel.
Darkness is temporary but your sparkle is real and forever. Don’t dwell in the dark because the sun will always rise again.
